Building a dream house which is affordable would be the best thing one can ever dream of. In the recession market finding a property developer who assures prompt delivery is very rare. Tata housing started in 1984 is known for its quality service in the real estate market is now coming up with the low cost housing project in Mumbai.
The project is known as Subha Griha Township, as a part of this project Tata is planning to build 1000 flats ranging from 3.9 lakh to 6.7 lakh. Only recently Tata launched the Tata Nano car which brought Tata lots of applauds; now they have come out with a unique scheme which is basically aimed at the poor and middle class.
Keeping in mind that most of the low income people are living outside their places to earn for their families, Tata housing managed to come out with a scheme which will help this segment to own a house for them. The project is going to be constructed under the guidance of Indian Green Buildings Council.
The plan to build the houses on 8 acres which comes up to total 63 acres which would give homes for the most affordable segment besides hospitals, school etc. Having the vision to provide quality services, the sole aim of Tata housing is to produce affordable projects for the middle class people. The first property to be launched is in a suburb Boisar in Mumbai which will be followed in tier I and tier II cities too. The project will have houses with a single kitchen and one large room. The effort by Tata housing is sure a thing to praise.
