When the property prices are among the world’s top, Tata housing plans to come out with the cheap, low-cost housing scheme for the low-income people in Mumbai. Last month Tata Group had unveiled the cheapest car which was a huge hit now has started off with the low end housing projects. One can buy a house or a flat less than 4lakh.

When the economy has slow down Tata Housing’s move is sure to be good option for the people who wanted to have a home for themselves. In India demands for homes have come down after the prices and the interest rates have been doubled due to inflation. Keeping in mind the needs of the people at the low end, Tata Housing Development Company has unveiled the project Shubh Griha, which would offer smart, value homes to the people.

The first property has been launched in Boisar, Mumbai which will be followed across tier I and tier II cities. The prices range from Rs.3.9 lakh to Rs.6.7lakh. Being the first to come out with such segment, the project has been conceptualized by Tata Housing to create a positive ecosystem to the community.

The aim Shubh Griha is to provide house with a concept of neighborhood community. It also provides lots of amenities like balanced mix of buildings along with open spaces, apartments with proper ventilation and lighting, hospitals, schools, recreational facilities etc. People can buy the application form in the State Bank branches. The initial booking should be made in 20days of the purchase of the booklet.
